K. Holly Gallivan, MD, MPH

Holly Gallivan, MD, MPH, FACS, FAOOA, is an ear, nose, and throat surgeon at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, which has locations in Chelmsford, Woburn, and Concord, Massachusetts, and Nashua and Derry, New Hampshire. She sees patients at the practice's Woburn office. 

Dr. Gallivan is board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery and completed fellowship training in allergy. Dr. Gallivan is interested in pediatric care, sinusitis, voice and swallowing disorders, as well as eldercare. Dr. Gallivan takes an integrative approach to the medical and surgical care of the ears, nose, and throat.

Dr. Gallivan graduated from Dartmouth College and earned both her medical and public health degrees from Tufts Medical Center. She completed her general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
